A phone call during business hours. Our front desk answers most calls live, and can verify insurance, schedule appointments, and route clinical questions to the right provider.
How quickly can I get on the schedule?
Most new patients are seen within the week. We try to keep some flex in the schedule for urgent or returning CSH-related requests.
Can I email about my records?
Yes. Email info@columbushears.com for records requests, including for former Columbus Speech & Hearing patients. We hold those records under HIPAA and will respond as quickly as we can while verifying identity.
