Are all of your services available at both offices?

Yes. Dublin and Westerville offer the same scope of audiology services: comprehensive evaluations, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus care, pediatric testing, repairs, and custom hearing protection. Provider availability differs by office, so we’ll match you to the right person at your preferred location.

Do I need to start with a hearing evaluation?

For most services, yes. A comprehensive evaluation is what gives us the data to make accurate recommendations, whether for hearing aids, tinnitus management, or pediatric care. Hearing aid repairs and clean-and-checks don’t require an evaluation first.

How long do appointments typically run?

A comprehensive evaluation takes about 60 minutes. Hearing aid fittings run closer to 90 minutes. Clean-and-checks and quick adjustments are usually 20 to 30 minutes. We’ll tell you what to expect when you book.

Do you see patients without a referral?

Yes. You can schedule directly with us. If your insurance plan requires a referral for coverage, we’ll walk you through that step before your visit.
